- Ensure accurate cost estimation, strong bid management, and timely submission aligned with client and Middle East project standards
- Lead cost estimation for EPC projects by analyzing tenders, preparing BOQs, and delivering accurate budgets to ensure competitive and compliant bids
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Buildings / infrastructure / utility construction EPC projects
- Experience in preparing technically and cost effective EPC proposals
- Experience in leading cost estimation for EPC projects
