- Lead end to end procurement activities for large scale EPC/construction projects
- Develop and execute project procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets
- Manage sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award processes
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, and project management teams to ensure material availability on time
- Identify and prequalify vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms to achieve cost optimization and value engineering
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and local regulations
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards
- Manage procurement risk and resolve supply chain issues proactively
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and project updates for senior management
