Responsibilities
- Lead work allocation, supervision, competence, and resourcing for the PMC engineering group.
- Develop and implement engineering processes, procedures, and operating systems.
- Provide PMC services, technical advice, recovery plans, and risk reduction during engineering and procurement.
- Coordinate design reviews, vendor documents, owner approvals, and interfaces across engineering disciplines.
- Lead project teams and contractors to achieve schedule, cost, quality, governance, and HSE requirements.
- Manage stakeholders, contracting parties, government bodies, and existing-facility interfaces.
- Conduct succession planning, competence assessments, performance reviews, and personnel development.
- Perform technical bid evaluations, clarifications, reports, recommendations, and field-change incorporation.
Requirements
- Experience within FEED and EPC projects is required.
- Experience in PMC roles is required.
- Experience in offshore and upstream projects is required.
- Previous experience working on offshore projects is required.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- ADNOC experience is preferred.

- The role includes site visits for safety leadership and work with multicultural, multidisciplinary technical teams.
