The business is currently undergoing a significant transformation, with major investment across the tech organisation.
As part of this evolution, they are building smaller, more senior and empowered product teams with a much stronger focus on customer insight, experimentation and measurable outcomes.
They are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a major consumer domain and play an important role in raising the overall standard of product management across the organisation.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to inherit a mature product function and manage an existing roadmap.
The opportunity is to help shape how product is done, introduce stronger product disciplines and have a direct impact on the customer experience and commercial performance of the platform.
