Role Overview
The Lead Product Manager will own GetFeedback Digital's product strategy and execution in Bangalore.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Product in India and offers high autonomy over a product with paying enterprise customers.
The role works closely with engineering and design and may involve prototyping or shipping code.
What You Will Work On
- Own product strategy and define the roadmap for GetFeedback Digital and continuous feedback capabilities.
- Diagnose retention and expansion patterns and determine what to fix, rebuild, or sunset.
- Partner with engineering and design on prototypes, architecture trade-offs, and implementation.
- Use customer and usage data to prioritize decisions rather than relying on opinion.
- Validate new capabilities with enterprise customers through structured pilots and early-access programs.
- Define success and make evidence-based decisions about what to build, scale, or stop.
Experience and Qualifications
- 12+ years of product management experience, including taking a 0-to-1 product from concept through launch with paying customers.
- Strong technical fluency, including AI-assisted prototyping and architecture trade-off discussions with engineering.
- Experience shipping AI-powered features in a live product.
- Experience with continuous feedback or experience-management programs.
- Experience running structured programs with enterprise B2B or B2C customers.
- Comfort using SQL or an equivalent to interpret data, statistical caveats, and confidence intervals.
Workplace
- The role is based in Bengaluru and requires working from the Bengaluru office up to three days per week.
