Role Overview
Seeking a Lead Product Designer to lead design and user experience strategy for digital products.
The role requires expertise in UX/UI design, product strategy, user research, and design leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process from research and ideation to final delivery.
- Define product design and user experience strategy.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Establish design systems and ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor UI/UX and product designers.
- Advocate for user-centered design and best practices.
Required Skills
- UX/UI design, product design and strategy, user research and usability testing, wireframing and prototyping, design systems, and Figma.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience designing web and mobile applications.
