The Lead Process Improvement Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Qatar, responsible for driving operational excellence across ACCIONA’s projects and business units. This position leads the analysis of existing processes, identifies inefficiencies, and designs improvements that enhance pro
Qualifications
- Strong process improvement and optimization skills, including experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance measurement, and use of analytical tools to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Experience in project management and change management, including planning, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing implementation of new processes
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, preferably in infrastructure, construction, energy, or water management environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree or professional certifications in process improvement are an advantage
