About The Role
Are you a detail oriented HR professional with a strong background in People Services operations and employee lifecycle management?
In this role, you will support end to end People Services delivery, executing HR transactions, managing benefit enrolments, and maintaining accurate HR data and documentation across the full employee lifecycle.
You will administer e-government platforms such as Qiwa and GOSI, apply KSA labour law and internal policies across employee transactions, and ensure timely, compliant, and service focused HR delivery.
You will also resolve employee and stakeholder queries, support performance cycle administration, and produce HR dashboards and reports that translate data insights into meaningful actions.
You will lead day to day People Services operations, guide team members on policies, processes, and systems, and drive process improvements to enhance cycle time, quality, and the overall employee experience.

About You
Degree qualified in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a solid background in employee lifecycle management, including off-boarding, contract administration, and GOSI.
Familiarity with HRIS and HCM software such as Oracle is expected, along with a strong understanding of Saudi labour law and internal governance.
You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and composure.
You will have clear and effective communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
