- Nutzt ein gewisses Urteilsvermögen und hat die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Lösungen außerhalb der festgelegten Parameter vorzuschlagen, um kompliziertere, alltägliche Probleme mit Projekten, Produktlinien, Märkten, Verkaufsprozessen oder Kunden anzugehen.

Grundqualifikationen
