Lead Packaging Design Engineer

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engineering projects and collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.

Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience developing packaging solutions for medical devices, industrial equipment, or other large and technically complex products.

Experience supporting NPI, product transfer, VCP/cost productivity, safety, or supply chain improvement projects.

Experience developing packaging solutions for both domestic and international transportation and distribution environments.

Experience working directly with packaging suppliers on design development, testing, qualification, and implementation.

Understanding of sustainable packaging approaches, including material optimization, waste reduction, and alternatives to traditional packaging materials.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a global packaging engineering organization.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a global, cross-functional environment.
