Overview

  • We are hiring an exceptional professional for the role of Lead Lifestyle Improvement as an outsourced resource, responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that elevate residents' quality of life in Lusail communities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifestyle management, community programming, or hospitality/wellness operations
  • Strong expertise in lifestyle program design, amenity activation, and resident engagement
  • Proficiency in partnership management, participation analytics, and program delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Lifestyle/Leisure Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant lifestyle, wellness, or hospitality certifications are advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic would be preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifestyle improvement programs and resident wellness initiatives across communities
  • Research resident preferences and lifestyle trends to design relevant amenity experiences
  • Create lifestyle program plans, partnerships, and activation calendars for assigned communities
  • Analyze participation and satisfaction data to refine and improve lifestyle offerings
  • Implement community amenity programs in coordination with facilities and service providers
  • Mentor and coach support staff and coordinators on lifestyle program delivery
  • Adhere to community standards, safety, and sustainability principles in program design
  • Follow up on program delivery, vendor performance, and resident participation to ensure quality
  • Facilitate coordination with community and O&M teams to integrate lifestyle services
  • Evaluate programs against KPIs including resident participation, satisfaction, and amenity usage
  • Flag and mitigate risks related to program delivery, vendor reliability, or resident safety
  • Verify confidentiality and secure handling of resident participation data per policy
