Job Description
Provide technical expertise in instrumentation design.
Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards.
Coordinate instrumentation design and engineering with EPC contractors and project interfaces within project timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall instrumentation engineering integration and coordination within the IPMT instrumentation team.
- Review and approve consultant and EPC contractor work for compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and best practices.
- Support design option analysis, optimization, validation, equipment sizing, and equipment selection.
- Participate in layout reviews, model reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Coordinate technical reviews, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
- Interface with ADNOC, contractors, company technical departments, operations, logistics, and other discipline engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software.
- Ability to make independent decisions when developing solutions to complex problems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills.
