About the Role

- Lead and oversee the design management activities for large scale infrastructure projects
- Manage design development, coordination, review, and technical integration of all infrastructure systems
- Supervise and manage processes related to site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor's submissions
- Attend and chair discipline related technical, operational and supply chain meetings
- Coordinate communications with Corporate central Department regarding technical issues and queries
- Review and verify Submittals/Transmittals against contract requirements and project specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering
- Strong leadership capabilities and proven experience managing complex infrastructure design interfaces
- Experience in design review and BIM modeling

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the design management activities for a large scale infrastructure projects
- Managing the design development, coordination, review, and technical integration of all infrastructure systems
- Supervise and manage the processes related to the site work preparation, execution, verification, and validation of Contractor’s submissions
- Attend and/or chair the discipline related technical, operational and supply chain meetings as appropriate
- Coordinate the communications with the Corporate central Department regarding technical issues and queries
- Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted site methodology and inspection document reviews (MS, ITP, RA, IR, MIR, SAT, etc.)
- Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted supply chain document reviews (PQ, MAS, FAT)
- Manage to guide and coordinate the submitted technical document reviews (shop and as built)
- Prepare operational related correspondence for RE / PD review
- Prepare technical and supply chain related correspondence for RE review
- Present review comments to RE / PD for further evaluation and endorsement
- Provide technical support to the related discipline Site Inspection Teams for operations and materials
