The Lead HR Technology Business Analyst will shape and optimize solutions across Recruiting, Onboarding, and HR Shared Services.
The role connects HR, technology, data, and AI, covering requirements and solution design through testing, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key platforms include SAP SuccessFactors, OpenText Service Management, and OpenText Aviator.
What You Will Do
- Translate HR stakeholder needs into clear requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, process reviews, and solution validation across HR, IT, Data, Security, product teams, and vendors.
- Support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding workflows, data, configurations, integrations, and process improvements.
- Support OpenText Service Management capabilities for HR Shared Services, including case management, service catalogs, knowledge content, and employee self-service.
