Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, highly driven Lead Generation Executive who thrives in a fast-paced working environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our outbound prospecting engine and coordinating closely with our marketing team to convert website traffic and social media engagement into actionable sales pipelines.
You will leverage modern AI-powered prospecting tools to identify target decision-makers, maintaining a high-volume performance standard of generating 100 qualified leads per day .
Prior exposure or experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Hospitals domain lead generation is a strong plus.

Requirements
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Tool & AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha) and familiarity with AI-powered search, enrichment, or automation tools.
- Domain Knowledge (Plus): Prior exposure to or understanding of the Healthcare, Pharma, Hospital, or Lifesciences sector is highly advantageous.
- Multi-Channel Prospecting: Strong understanding of inbound lead routing (website forms, social media engagement) and cold outbound prospecting.
- Target-Driven Execution: Ability to work efficiently under daily volume metrics in a fast-paced setup.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and cross-team alignment.
- Work Ethic: Adaptable, structured, and comfortable working onsite in a fast-growing environment.
