Manage office systems, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, and basic network/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Coordinate hardware repairs, maintenance, installations, and replacements with external IT vendors.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of office infrastructure and IT assets.
Maintain inventory and records of office hardware and equipment.

Handle end-to-end procurement, including raising purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and order closures.
Source vendors and negotiate pricing, warranties, and service agreements.
Coordinate hardware and office equipment purchases with leadership and vendors.
Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, facility services, and AMC contracts.
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management.
Ensure timely availability of office supplies and administrative resources.
Support HR and leadership with documentation, reports, and administrative coordination.
Maintain office records and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Finance Support
Track invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.
Maintain expense records and supporting documentation.
Assist the finance team with reconciliations and compliance documentation as required.
Provide general administrative support for finance-related activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or MBA (Administration, Operations, or related field).
1–2 years of experience in office administration, procurement, IT coordination, or related roles.
Hands-on experience in vendor management and procurement processes.
Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network connectivity.
