Requirements
- 0–3 years experience in lead generation / SDR / business development
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales funnel and outbound prospecting
- Hands-on experience with: CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce or similar) LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or equivalent) Email outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)

- Willing to experiment, iterate, and optimize outreach strategies
- Open to learning and adopting new tools (especially AI-driven)
