Role overview
Lead hands-on delivery of secure generative AI and agentic AI solutions from discovery and prototyping through production support.
Build enterprise-grade applications, APIs, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and modern web applications.

Employment and workplace
- This is a full-time, permanent role based at Vancity head office.
- Candidates in British Columbia will work in a hybrid environment.
- Candidates in Ontario may work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery and translate business needs into technical designs and scalable implementations.
- Build Python services, APIs, RAG pipelines, agent workflows, React and TypeScript applications, and enterprise integrations.
- Implement CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, evaluation frameworks, testing, monitoring, governance, and Responsible AI controls.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, troubleshooting, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.
