Overview
Lead electrical field engineering and supervision for a major development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Ensure electrical systems are installed, tested, commissioned, and handed over in line with approved designs, specifications, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
The project includes large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead electrical site engineering and inspection activities throughout project execution.
- Review construction works, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate electrical engineers, inspectors, consultants, contractors, and interfaces with architectural, structural, mechanical, ICT, security, and specialist systems.
- Monitor power distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and ELV installations.
- Conduct inspections, quality audits, FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, snagging, de-snagging, operational readiness, and handover.
- Support progress measurement, payment certification, reporting, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and authority coordination.
- Mentor junior electrical engineers and inspectors.
