Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience building and scaling digital products in banking or fintech environments
- Strong experience across onboarding, payments & transfers and services, banking, cards, digital channels, onboarding, BPM, and payments ecosystems
- Proven track record leading engineering teams delivering complex, large scale platforms
- Deep experience working in Agile, product centric environments with cross functional squads
- Hands on exposure to leading edge technologies in mobile and web development
- Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling high performing software engineering teams
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud native architectures, and platform engineering
- Strong execution leadership with the ability to deliver complex technical initiatives from strategy through production
- Experience driving cross functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security, and Operations
- Data driven decision making with a strong ownership mindset

Overview
- This position is responsible for driving the design, delivery and continuous evolution of digital banking platforms (mobile, web, APIs). Experience
- 10+ years’ experience building and scaling digital products in banking or fintech environments
- Strong experience across onboarding, payments & transfers and services, banking, cards, digital channels, onboarding, BPM, and payments ecosystems
- Proven track record leading engineering teams delivering complex, large scale platforms
- Deep experience working in Agile, product centric environments with cross functional squads
