Computershare have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Engineer Identity to join our CTO group under Global Infrastructure Engineering, focusing on strategy, implementation, and advanced support.
The Global Chief Information Officer (CTO) group is responsible for planning, designing, building, and running technology services.
The CTO teams span architecture, infrastructure, service operations, compliance, and technical support.
We ensure that colleagues around the world have access to the technology and agreed service levels that they need to take care of their clients and their clients’ shareholders, employees, and customers.

The Lead Engineer Identity leads the strategy and execution of modern digital workplace solutions, driving M365 transformation.
The role enhances employee productivity and collaboration while aligning technology with business needs, creating a flexible, user-centric global workspace.
Other key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Technical Management: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of modern workspace identity services (Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle, SSO, Managed Identities, Enterprise Applications, etc).
Strategy & Innovation: Define and drive workspace identity strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance productivity and employee experience.
Solution Design: Ensure effective design, implementation, and integration of directory services aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with executives and cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Facilities) to align initiatives with business strategy.
Change & Adoption: Lead change management efforts, including training and adoption of new workspace solutions.
Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, analyse user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Compliance & Security: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and security standards in collaboration with InfoSec teams.
