- Perform on site life extension, repairs, and inspection related service activities for installed fleets
- Supervise construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment at customer sites
- Make engineering decisions regarding on site machining, NDT, blading, windings, critical welding, and generator diagnostics
- Develop conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline
- Apply general business knowledge acquired through education or experience
- Solve problems using established procedures and consult supervisor for issues outside defined parameters
- Collaborate with others to solve problems and develop strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Basic experience in the function; knowledge level equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong social skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem solving skills
