Role Overview
Carrier is hiring a Lead Engineer - Backend Developer in Hyderabad, India.
The role is for a seasoned software engineering professional who works independently on moderately complex systems and software engineering activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate moderately complex tests for control and diagnostic systems containing logical and mathematical solutions.
- Conduct multidisciplinary research supporting equipment designers in planning, designing, developing, and utilizing electronic data processing systems.
- Support software engineering activities for product and commercial software.
- Analyze system capabilities and determine end-user needs.
- Resolve problems involving program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition.
- Develop backend software using Python and cloud technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Advanced to expert knowledge gained through advanced education and experience.
- Substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems to make enhancements within the job area.
- University degree or equivalent, or an advanced degree in a related field with the alternate experience path.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, or at least 3 years with an advanced related degree.
