Position Overview
Lead the development of advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, including ESM, ECM, and ECCM, from concept to deployment across multi-domain defense platforms.
The role requires strong leadership in defense R&D and multidisciplinary engineering programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop EW systems (ESM, ECM, ECCM)
- Design SIGINT/ELINT and threat detection solutions
- Develop jamming, spoofing, and deception technologies
- Lead RF simulation, testing, and system integration
- Manage EW engineering teams and coordinate with radar and missile teams
Required Skills
- Expertise in EW system architecture and SIGINT/ELINT processing
- Experience with DRFM, noise, and deceptive jamming systems
- Knowledge of emitter identification, geolocation, and threat libraries
- Strong leadership and defense program management experience
Education & Experience
- PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or related field
- 15+ years in defense/aerospace R&D
- 5–7 years in senior leadership roles
- Experience with government defense organizations or leading defense contractors
