Lead Dispensary Associate

• At least 2 year s in retail or hospitality industry using p oint of s ales and basic computer skills, cannabis retail experience a plus.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must have open availability
• Ability to obtain a dispensing agent identification card issued by the state of Illinois.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct
• Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives, standard operating procedures, state and local laws for working in the cannabis industry.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to stand or walk for extended periods; use hands to perform manual, repetitive tasks; lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance); hear, understand, and communicate effectively while wearing a headset, and have the visual acuity to view screens and identify small product details, such as SKU numbers, with or without corrective lenses.
• Must be able to remain focused, pay close attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Internal Candidates must be in good standing All Team Members who have successfully completed six months of employment in their current position and are in good standing will be considered for promotion and are encouraged to apply to open positions. Being in “good standing” means an accrual of less than five attendance points and less than seven cash handling points. Additional criteria may apply based on the skill, experience, and training requirements for the role, as well as any special certifications necessary for the role.
