- Lead and manage hospitality projects throughout the full project lifecycle from design development to construction completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Review and manage design deliverables for compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and local regulations
- Oversee construction activities, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality objectives
- Resolve design and site related issues while maintaining project timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and coordinate with clients and consultants
- Manage project risks, variations, and contractual matters during execution
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and project handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- 15 20 years of overall experience
- Significant exposure to hospitality projects
- Proven experience as a Design Manager with progression into Project Management/Project Delivery
- Strong knowledge of design coordination, construction methodologies, and project execution
- Experience working with PMC, developers, or leading contractors on luxury hotel developments
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- UAE/GCC experience highly preferred

Role Overview
