Responsibilities
- Perform data discovery and identify data sources
- Analyze data for quality and integrity issues
- Support data cleansing and enrichment activities
- Document processes and suggest improvements to systems
- Support vendor in documenting business rules and validating reconciliation process
- Finalize functional specification documents including business rules, data mapping, and reconciliation rules
- Present findings to senior stakeholders on data challenges
- Support integration activities with FIS Balance sheet manager solution
- Define entry/exit criteria for SIT and UAT
- Participate in creation of test scenarios and test scripts
- Validate test results and support go live and post go live activities
- Liaise with subsidiary data, risk, finance, and IT teams
Requirements
- Banking domain SME with techno functional knowledge
- Proficiency in SQL including complex queries, joins, subqueries, views, and performance tuning
- Hands on experience with PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, and exception handling
- Ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot data related issues

Role Overview
- Role: Lead Business Analyst with banking domain.
- We need a Banking Domain SME – Techno Functional (with knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL queries/procedures/packages/functions).
Responsibilities
- Data Discovery /Data Sources Identification
- Analyzing data for data quality and data integrity issues
- Support in data cleansing and data Enrichment
- Suggest and coordinate for improvements in data
- Document processes / suggest improvements to systems
- Supporting Vendor for documenting Business Rules /Validation of Rules
- Internal Team Coordination / Validating Recon process
- Functional Specification document finalization (Business Rules, Data Mapping Business Logic, Reconciliation /Exception Rules, Completeness)
- Present findings to senior stakeholders on the data challenges
- Support integration activities with FIS Balance sheet manager solution
- Define entry/ exit criteria for SIT and UAT.
- Participate in creation of Test scenarios covering exceptions, DQ, recon, completeness, reports validation, business rules validation, data flow, adjustments and others
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, views, and performance tuning.
- Hands on experience with PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, and exception handling.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and troubleshoot data related issues.
