- Lead end to end delivery of banking infrastructure projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and governance
- Drive infrastructure initiatives including Data Center Migration, Cloud Migration, Network & Security, Server/Storage Refresh, Disaster Recovery, and Infrastructure Modernization
- Coordinate with business, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams
- Manage project financials, procurement, and third party vendors
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and steering committees
- Ensure compliance with PMO, ITIL, and banking regulatory standards
Requirements
- 12–15 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in Project Management
- Proven experience managing infrastructure projects within a bank or financial institution
- Strong understanding of Data Centers, Networks, Cloud, Infrastructure Security, Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and risk management capabilities
- Good understanding of banking operations and technology landscape
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Mandatory: PMP Certification
- Preferred: ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Azure or AWS certifications

Role Summary
