Provide constructive criticism for on shore/offshore peers Be able toidentifyand address issues to resolution quickly and able to escalate with management when necessary Understanding of Incident and Problem management methodologies and experience using Jira ticketing software Demonstrate the ability to effectively work with Business Analysts, Architects and Product Owners on requirements. Have ability to provide impact analysis, propose a solution and implement it. Skills and Experience of the Lead Associate, Software Engineering: 5+ years of Spring/J2EE application development experience (Spring Framework, Servlets, JDBC) 2+ years of relational database experience, developing queries and stored procedures (PreferablyOracle) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
