Role Overview
The open position will be based in Bangalore and will cover 3 rd shift hours (US time) - 0030 ET to 0930 ET.
The Bangalore staff works a rotating schedule that changes on a monthly basis.
Weekend shifts are required, as is the ability to work holidays (US and India) and also overtime when needed.
Along with the rest of the 3 rd shift Operations team members in both the US and Bangalore, the candidate would be responsible for a large variety of tasks on a daily basis including (but not limited to) the following:
• · Successful batch processing.
• · Ensuring all SLAs are met.
• · Documenting, managing, and resolving issues.
• · Clear and timely escalation to support teams when needed.
• · Clear and timely communication with internal and external clients.
• · Monitoring the function and health of the mainframe and associated systems / platforms.

Computer Operator – Mainframe
We are currently seeking an experienced professional with a mainframe background to join the BETA Computer Operations department as a Computer Operator .
The Operations department supports the BETA core business and is staffed 24x7x365.
Working with the 3 rd shift Operations team, t he ideal candidate will help manage the department’s daily workload while developing in the role of meeting our clients’ evolving needs.
Position Summary
