About the Team Reporting to the Group Manager, Technology Development , this role is part of a Scrum team for developing customer facing cloud hosted UI application. This role necessitates meetings and require heavy collaboration within and across teams that are spread across geography. Our business model is hybrid, working from our Bangalore campus. What You’ll Do Architect and implement new features for our customers. Develop features from scratch and refactor existing code. Review code and design, ensuring secure coding practices. Oversee developer architecture, changes, and code reviews. Ensure changes are completed and deployed in a live production environment. Analyze user needs and build full-stack solutions in TypeScript (Angular). Design and create services and system architecture for projects. Improve applications and code quality through best practices, reviews, and scans. Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions. Work with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ensure continued functionality of programs during maintenance and testing. Address client or consumer concerns and fix bugs. Document each aspect of systems or applications for future upgrades and maintenance. Tackle difficult problems and deliver results on schedule. Stay on top of tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and participate in technology communities. Mentor other members of the engineering community. Your Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 4-6 years of professional, hands-on coding and software design experience.
