Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve cash and position exceptions across accounts.
• Validate and process cash transactions in client accounts.
• Execute daily control tasks.
• Identify and resolve issues with custodians, banks, and brokers.
• Respond to intermediary requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in department projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 0-1 years of reconciliation experience.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills while maintaining quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team member and train or supervise others.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and proprietary systems.
• Hustle is required.
