Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Lead teams identifying, strategizing, and executing complex AI initiatives across a line of business.
• Recommend business strategies and deliver AI-enabled solutions for business challenges.
• Define and prioritize use cases, secure resources, and ensure intended benefits are delivered.
• Evaluate technological readiness and resources for proposed AI solutions.
• Drive implementation decisions and resolve development or implementation issues.
• Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve goals.

Required qualification

• At least five years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired qualifications

• Business-focused AI practitioner able to bridge business needs and AI capabilities.
• Experience defining use cases, designing prompts, evaluating AI responses, and rapidly prototyping with Copilot and low-code platforms.
