About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as backup to Relationship Manager and assist in maintaining and developing client relationships
- Liaise with various departments (FTC, OPS, Compliance, Credit Ops) for transactions and documentation
- Ensure documentation is up to standard and minimize MER issues
- Attend to client enquiries and coordinate with service departments for resolution
- Assist in preparing industry studies and data collection for client portfolio
- Handle annual review initiation/preparation and project allocation process
- Maintain system data for each client and housekeeping monthly pipeline report
Requirements
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Strong analytical and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a backup to the Relationship Manager and mirror the assigned portfolio.
- Liaise regularly with various departments (FTC, OPS, Compliance, Credit Ops) within the bank.
- Ensure all documentation is up to standard and up to date.
- Attend to client enquiries and coordinate with service departments for resolution.
- Assist in preparing industry studies and data collection pertaining to clients' portfolio.
- Attend to specific projects/jobs assigned by the Division/Unit Head.
- Maintain proper records of clients' communication.
- Housekeeping monthly pipeline report and updating on monthly basis.
- Explore and highlight business opportunities in the portfolio.
- Handle annual review initiation/preparation and project allocation process.
- Maintain System Data for each client.
