Job Title: Lead AI Innovation Engineer (1 Position)

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Lead AI Innovation Engineer to help shape and deliver next-generation AI solutions across our products and internal workflows.

The successful candidate will lead exploration, prototyping, and implementation of AI-driven capabilities that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business value.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical depth, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to turn emerging AI opportunities into practical, scalable solutions.

Lead discovery and development of AI solutions that align with business goals and product strategy.

Identify, evaluate, and prototype innovative AI use cases across automation, analytics, knowledge systems, and customer-facing experiences.

Produce clear technical designs, architecture notes, experiment summaries, and implementation recommendations that communicate complex ideas effectively.

Develop project plans, technical roadmaps, and delivery timelines, and coordinate execution with engineering and product teams.

Manage priorities, technical dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple AI initiatives.

Design and support experimentation, validation, and evaluation frameworks to assess model performance, reliability, and business impact.

Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and operations teams to ensure technical accuracy and strong end-to-end delivery.

Oversee documentation, performance tracking, and knowledge sharing for AI prototypes and production solutions.

Support adoption and scale-up by preparing research summaries, solution briefs, and implementation proposals.

Monitor user feedback, solution impact, and technical outcomes; refine approaches to improve value, usability, and performance.

Minimum BS/MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PhD or equivalent applied research experience preferred.

At least 5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related technical product delivery roles.

Demonstrable experience designing, prototyping, or deploying AI solutions in real-world environments.

Strong research, coding, and analytical skills, with the ability to produce clear and practical technical materials.

Project management experience: budgets, timelines, technical coordination, and delivery logistics.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building cross-functional collaborations between technical and business teams.

Experience working with product teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Commitment to scalable, reliable, and ethical AI development and deployment.

Portfolio or track record of AI projects, prototypes, technical papers, or case studies (links or PDF).

Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
