AI Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and thoughtful AI Solutions Consultant to help design and deliver practical, high-impact AI solutions for real business needs.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and implementation, translating client or internal requirements into clear AI use cases, solution designs, and delivery plans.

This is a hands-on role working closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams to build scalable, reliable, and value-driven AI solutions that support growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Lead discovery and solution development for AI use cases across business and operational contexts.

Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners on AI opportunities.

Produce solution briefs, technical summaries, implementation plans, and client-facing materials that communicate complex topics clearly.

Develop project timelines, delivery roadmaps, and coordinate execution with internal teams and vendors.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and supplier/contractor relationships.

Organize workshops, demos, training sessions, and supporting educational materials.

Liaise with technical and business partners to ensure accurate, ethical, and effective delivery of AI solutions; arrange access to data, environments, or prototypes as required.

Oversee documentation, testing records, and project archives for each solution or engagement.

Support proposal development, business cases, and funding applications by preparing research summaries and recommendations.

Monitor stakeholder feedback and solution impact; refine approaches to increase accessibility, performance, and engagement.

Minimum BA/MA in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PhD or equivalent research experience preferred.

At least 3–5 years of experience in AI consulting, solution design, machine learning, product delivery, or equivalent professional settings.

Demonstrable interest in and familiarity with AI topics such as machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, automation, or data platforms — deep technical expertise is not required, but proven ability to learn and collaborate with technical teams is essential.

Strong research, writing, and editorial skills — able to produce clear, engaging technical and business-facing materials.

Project management experience: budgets, timelines, supplier coordination, and logistics.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building cross-disciplinary collaborations between product, engineering, data, and business teams.

Experience programming workshops, demos, training sessions, or education activities.

Commitment to accessible presentation and ethical engagement with AI content.

Portfolio or track record of AI solutions, prototypes, case studies, or consulting projects (links or PDF).

Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
