Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and operational matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel when required
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support debt recovery and collection processes
- Review company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
- Manage relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislation that may impact the business
- Protect the company's interests in all legal and contractual matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the construction, building materials, trading, or manufacturing sectors
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, labor, and contract law
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an advantage
