- Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Issue receipts, refunds, and invoices as required
- Maintain an accurate cash register and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional checkout area
- Report any discrepancies, issues, or customer concerns to management
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and financial transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Honest, responsible, and detail oriented
