- Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations including washing, drying, pressing, folding, sorting, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry
- Order uniforms and communicate directly with commercial laundry and uniform supplier
- Operate all laundry machines including dry cleaning machine and spot removal
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate ordering of laundry supplies
- Ensure accurate collection, tracking, and delivery of guest laundry within established service timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in a supervisory or in charge role within luxury hotel laundry operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
- English; additional languages are an advantage

Overview
- InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is seeking a Laundry Supervisor In charge.
Your role will include but not be limited to
- Hands on position where maybe required to run the shift.
- Ordering of Uniforms.
- Communicating directly with Commercial Laundry and Uniform supplier.
- To overlook uniform room.
- Valet pick up and return.
- Interact professionally with guest.
- Needs to operate all machines in laundry with the highest of standards including dry cleaning machine and spot removal.
- Proficient in identifying stains and removal.
- Need to be competent to run a shift alone when required.
- To receive laundry from the commercial laundry counting. Involved in assisting with linen inventories.
- Supervise and coordinate all laundry operations, including washing, drying, pressing, folding, sorting, and distribution of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate ordering of laundry supplies.
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in a supervisory or in charge role within luxury hotel laundry operations.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.
