Responsibilities
- Provide day to day operational support to the functional team, assisting with scheduling, coordination, and task management
- Help prepare materials, reports, and presentations as directed
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation
- Learn and operate relevant internal systems and platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, finance tools, CRM)
- Enter, update, and maintain data with high accuracy
- Generate standard reports from internal systems
- Build positive working relationships with team members and colleagues
- Support internal coordination by following up on requests and assisting with communication
- Attend team meetings and internal sessions
- Set clear goals with team lead and track progress
- Seek and apply feedback regularly
- Participate in development and adoption of AI powered tools
Requirements
- Saudi national currently based in Saudi Arabia
- Recent graduate in a relevant field or current student with mandatory COOP placement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Collaborative and curious with a proactive approach
- High degree of personal integrity and ability to handle confidential information

About Bain & Company and the Launch Program
- Bain & Company is a global management consulting firm with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and Doha.
- The Launch Program is a business functions internship for Saudi nationals, offering fixed term contracts of 6 or 12 months.
- Open to recent graduates or students with a mandatory COOP placement.
