- Expert in business case building
- Experience using Gen AI powered product management tools
- Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures
- Expert in design thinking principles
- Deep experience in agile and scrum methodologies
- Experience in Lean Startup principles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Who You’ll Work With
- Join the Product Management & Innovation experts within the AI, Insights & Solutions (AIS) team.
- Work with analytics, engineering, product management, user research, and design experts.
Where You’ll Fit Within the Team
- Lead development of omnichannel solutions across industries, defining strategic vision with cross functional teams.
- Advise on innovation and product strategy, independently lead work, manage reports, and engage clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead human centered design strategy and product innovation, integrating research with business goals.
- Set strategy and lead delivery of POCs, MVPs, and products using agile and product best practices.
- Own product planning, roadmaps, and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Inspire, align, and lead cross functional teams across Bain, clients, and stakeholders.
- Build capabilities and drive thought leadership, mentoring others and adopting emerging tools like generative AI.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 10 years of product management experience with deep expertise in agile, design thinking, and software development.
- Expert knowledge in feasibility, viability, desirability, and strategy lenses.
- Expert in product managing software development including AI solutions.
- Expert in business case building.
- Experience using Gen AI powered product management tools (ProductBoard, Jira, etc.).
- Foundational knowledge of agentic AI architectures.
- Expert in design thinking and leading cross functional workshops.
- Deep experience in agile and scrum methodologies.
- Experience in Lean Startup principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in complex situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant Master’s degree in business or technology.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of business models.
- Experience in startups or entrepreneurial environments.
- Top tier consulting experience preferred.
- Background in architecture/software dev/data pipelines.
- Experience in architecting and implementing AI/tech solutions at enterprise scale.
- Experience managing ideation to launch of analytics or ML driven software.
- Experience building and deploying ML pipelines into production.
- Fluency in Arabic.
