LAUNCH MGR I ENGINEERING

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required; master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering, manufacturing, or process-development experience. • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. • Demonstrated management, technical, and project-leadership experience with deep knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and manufacturing technology/capability development. • Strong knowledge of injection molding and automated assembly processes within the automotive industry. • Working knowledge of stamping, plating, molding, and assembly manufacturing processes. • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and related industrial engineering and continuous-improvement methods and tools. • Experience applying DFM principles, tooling/process qualification methods, and production-readiness practices. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills in English. • Working knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office applications

COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $128,200- $ 192,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
