About the Role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or Languages (with teaching qualification)
- Valid teaching certification that meets Qatar MOEHE requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience teaching Spanish at secondary level
- Ability to teach French in lower secondary (Grades 6 8)

Key Responsibilities

- Set high expectations that inspire and challenge students.

- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners, including EAL and high ability students.
- Contribute to curriculum development, schemes of work, and department resources.
- Foster a positive and respectful learning environment rooted in mutual respect.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well being.
- Support the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and cultural events.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in education or Languages (with teaching qualification).
- Valid teaching certification that meets Qatar MOEHE requirements.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching Spanish at secondary level.
- Experience with High School Diploma, IB Diploma Programme, or A Level Spanish.
- Ability to teach French in lower secondary (Grades 6–8).
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of modern language pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural school environment is preferred.
