Role Overview
A leading MEP, Infrastructure & Landscape Contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Landscape Engineer (Civil).
The role manages and delivers landscape construction projects from mobilization through final handover.
Responsibilities
- Manage landscape projects from mobilization through final handover.
- Supervise hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and civil works.
- Review drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quantities, and productivity.
- Handle inspections, approvals, technical issues, snagging, and final handover.
Requirements
- Experience in landscape construction project delivery.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, HSE, and Dubai Municipality requirements.
