Responsibilities
- Produce high quality Shop Drawings, Detail Drawings, Master Plans and Graphic Presentations both in 2D and 3D
- Produce quality CAD and Civil 3D Shop Drawing, As Built Drawing, Construction Detail and Design Development drawings for Landscaping & Irrigation projects in coordination with the Sr. Architect and Technical Architect
- Work from rough sketches and specifications created by Sr. Architect and Technical Architect to develop drawings and design development plans
- Review and analyze sketches, drawings, ideas, specifications, and related data to assess factors affecting designs and procedures
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
- Maintain international drafting standards
- Produce Graphic Presentations in 2D & 3D
- Coordinate with Technical Architect, Subcontractors, Project Manager, Site Manager and Engineer to produce Shop Drawings and process Submittals
- Perform Quantity Take off including cut and fill
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and verify feasibility of designs when required
- Assist other team members on work tasks when needed
- Create codes on Visual Lisp for drafting related tools
Requirements
- Proficiency in producing quality CAD and Civil 3D Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, Construction Details, and Design Development drawings for Landscaping & Irrigation projects
- Ability to work from rough sketches and specifications to develop drawings and design development plans
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing sketches, drawings, specifications, and related data
- Ability to revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
- Knowledge of international drafting standards
- Experience in quantity take off including cut and fill
- Ability to conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess conditions
