We are seeking an experienced Landscape Design (Technical) Manager to lead the technical delivery of large‑scale landscape and public realm projects.
This role ensures design intent is translated flawlessly into construction, driving quality, technical precision, and execution excellence across all project stages.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that visionary landscape designs are executed with precision, quality, and full alignment to approved design intent.
About The Role
As the Landscape Design (Technical) Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging design and construction, overseeing technical detailing, guiding project execution, and ensuring that all landscape works are delivered to the highest standards.
You will lead technical reviews, support construction oversight, and mentor a team of landscape professionals while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment between approved designs and final constructed landscapes
- Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout project delivery
- Review consultant designs, drawings, and material submissions
- Lead site inspections and monitor construction quality and progress
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Present project updates and design progress to senior stakeholders
- Drive quality assurance processes and technical excellence
- Lead, mentor, and develop the landscape design team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
- 10–12 years of experience in real estate design & development
- Strong background in large-scale landscape and public realm projects
- Mandatory GCC/UAE experience
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of design aesthetics across hardscape, softscape, and public realm
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp/Revit)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
