Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and development of landscape architecture projects for residential, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces
- Prepare and review conceptual designs, master plans, detailed drawings, and 2D/3D visualizations
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs
- Incorporate sustainable design principles, water efficient systems, native planting strategies, and environmentally responsible materials
- Mentor and support junior designers and landscape architects
- Present design concepts and project proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant local regulations, planning requirements, environmental standards, and building codes

- Proficiency in industry standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 2D/3D visualization tools)

Role Purpose
- The Landscape Architect is responsible for leading the design, planning, and implementation of landscape architecture projects.
- The role involves developing innovative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs for residential, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces.
Design Leadership
- Lead the planning, design, and development of landscape architecture projects.
- Prepare and review conceptual designs, master plans, detailed drawings, and 2D/3D visualizations.
- Ensure all designs are creative, functional, sustainable, and aligned with project objectives.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs.
Sustainability & Innovation
- Incorporate sustainable design principles, water efficient systems, native planting strategies, and environmentally responsible materials.
- Stay informed of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and support junior designers and landscape architects.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, civil engineers, architects, and environmental consultants.
Client Management
- Present design concepts and project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Address client feedback effectively and maintain strong professional relationships.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant local regulations, planning requirements, environmental standards, and building codes.
- Prepare and coordinate documentation required for approvals, permits, and authority submissions.
