About the Role
Parsons is seeking a Land Surveyor to perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations for infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role requires a Diploma/Associate degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying and at least 5 years of experience in road works, bridges, and infrastructure.

- Perform land/field surveys and geodetic calculations
- Interface with client and contractors to determine and verify project survey requirements
- Complete surveying requirements on schedule and within man hour and cost budgets
- Check setting out and levels, and check services locations and ensure their protection
- Prepare sketches to support field work and maintain all survey information
- Measure work done when required
- Observe site safety procedures
- Assist in preparation of 'as built' drawings
- Participate in health and safety issues at site as required
Requirements
- Diploma/Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in road works, bridges and infrastructure projects
- Knowledge and/or experience in using CAD software and survey software, total station, data collectors and GPS equipment
- Working knowledge of construction sequences and standard work procedures
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
