- Conduct land and construction site surveys using surveying equipment and GPS instruments
- Perform setting out for buildings, villas, roads, and infrastructure works
- Verify project coordinates, levels, and dimensions as per approved drawings
- Prepare survey reports, records, and as built drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure survey accuracy
- Monitor construction progress and provide survey support during execution
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as required
Requirements
- Education in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor in UAE construction industry
- Experience in residential, commercial, villa, and building projects
- Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and surveying software
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Currently available in UAE
