Role Overview
The Land Surveyor performs and coordinates surveying work for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct one or more survey parties.
- Determine precise locations, measurements, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction.
- Research survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records.
- Develop new data from photogrammetric records.
- Establish or reestablish survey control using appropriate methods and procedures.
- Maintain accurate notes, records, and sketches of work performed.
- Coordinate findings with engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assume legal responsibility for survey work and conduct engineering checks.
- Complete construction surveys and coordinate them with construction execution.
Qualifications
- The surveyor is expected to be licensed by the relevant state authority.
Compensation and Employment
- Full-time position.
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
